    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Health, I beg to second the Third Reading of the Bill. The Kenya Drugs Authority Bill (National Assembly Bill No.54 of 2022) was sponsored by Hon. (Dr) Robert Pukose. It is a very important piece of legislation, which will enhance the health and well-being of Kenyans. It will also address emerging challenges that we are facing as a country in terms of safety of the drugs imported into the country. I commend Hon. Pukose for conceptualising and introducing the Bill. Our country shall now acquire the World Health Organisation (WHO) Maturity Level 3, which our neighbouring countries are yet to receive.
