"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I agree with the Leader of the Majority Party that the people who are bestowed with leadership must be held accountable. Regarding the Cabinet Secretaries, our very good friend and sister, Hon. Soipan Tuya, lost her brother and he was being buried today. I was to attend the funeral, but I cancelled. This is because the Cabinet Secretary was to appear before this House to answer many Questions, among them the issue of the Doldol-Nanyuki Road. It has been a pain in our flesh for a very long time.
