Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 87 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the word “article” wherever it appears in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “health product or technology”. This is to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the Title of the Bill as proposed for amendment."
