Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 91 of the Bill be amended― (a) in subclause (3) by deleting the words “Kenya National Audit Office” and substituting therefor the words “Auditor-General”; and, (b) in subclause (4) by deleting the words “Kenya National Audit Office” and substituting therefor the words “Auditor-General”. This is for proper reference to the Auditor-General as designated under Article 229 of the Constitution, and which is the successor of the Kenya National Audit Office."
