Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 92 of the Bill be amended in subclause (2) by inserting the phrase ‘‘with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury” immediately after the word “may”. This amendment provides that the Authority may invest its funds only with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury."
