    "content": "(a) the person is incorporated as a limited liability company No. 17 of 2015. under the Companies Act; (b) the person has been granted a certificate of parallel importation; (c) the person is licensed to parallel import the health product or technology; (d) the health product or technology has a valid registration in Kenya under this Act; and (e) the health product or technology has a valid market authorization in the country of origin. (2) A person who wishes to undertake parallel importation of a health product or technology shall apply to the Board for a certificate of parallel importation in the prescribed manner. (3) The Board shall establish and maintain a system that ensures that a registered parallel imported health product or technology can be traced from its sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, transport to its delivery to the health facility, institution or private practice where the health product or technology is intended to be used.
