    "content": "6. Mbuuni Self Help Group - 100 square metres. Ten fish farms and two self-help groups have been assisted with 9,920 tilapia fingerlings for their ponds. This has been in collaboration with the Arid Lands Resource Management Programme who provide the money for the fingerlings while my Ministry provided the fingerlings from Sagana Aqua-culture Farm."
