    "content": "(2) The Cabinet Secretary shall make regulations for the effective implementation of this section. (3) The regulations made under subsection (1) may— (a) require manufacturers of cosmetics to register with the Authority; and (b) impose restrictions, requirements or other conditions on manufacturers of cosmetics, if such restrictions, requirements or conditions are necessary to protect public health."
