    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have said that the Prisons Department has its own Disciplinary Committee which deals with discipline. It was fair for the Commissioner of Prisons to give him a lesser charge instead of taking him to court. If the officer was not satisfied with that, he was the right person to appoint a lawyer to pursue his case. That is if he was unfairly treated."
