    "content": " Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that the Elections (Amendment) (No.2) Bill (Senate Bills No.29 of 2024) be now read a Second Time. This is a very interesting legislation. I have been at the Bomas of Kenya in 2013, 2017, and 2022 either as a party operative or candidate who had been declared to follow up on the presidential election.
