Osotsi, are you in any manner likely to bring another amendment so that the system can be automated, such that the Control of Budget (CoB) approves monies to the counties online without them coming to Nairobi to queue and bring greetings to Nairobi? Since there is a provision, you can as well amend this Bill. I will be glad if you do that."
