    "content": "I, therefore, thank this industry. Since Sen. Beatrice Ogola has taken the House through this Report by speaking to clause by clause as discussed in the Committee, I am not going to belabor it. However, I use this opportunity to urge my government to ensure that we employ more valuers. It is very difficult to access services of valuers for members of the public. In a big county like Kakamega, for example, you have to queue for a very long time to see Mr. Edwin Odor, our valuer. At the time he was doing it, he would also go to our neighbours in Kisumu to do some work there. Since our university keeps on churning out graduates, we should give these young people an opportunity to get employment, so that members of the public have access to this critical service. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I second the Motion."
