    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Chair did make reference to a case in court. I was saying that that case was taken to court pursuant to the Question that was already in the House. So, the Ministry was taking action on a matter that had already been brought to the House. I have perused the court file and I have seen that they have recorded intention to settle the matter out of court. So, it is my request that it is expedited, so that this case is not used as a way of blocking the payments that the Committee has recommended. This is because, once the matter is in court, they will say that they cannot pay on a matter that is in court. So, the case should not work as an inhibitor on the part of the Government to implement the recommendations by the Committee. I would like to table those notes that we found in the court file."
