Muriu is saying Adani company cannot engage in any investment in this country, as we speak they are engaged in big infrastructural projects, including in New South Wales, Australia. Mega projects, bigger than this one here. We cannot have a situation where we, as leaders, of a country, operating in this difficult economic environment throw rumours about entities which should be investing in our country under the PPP platform. The idea that is that we do not have our money to do everything in terms of development you want to do, and so, we invite people who can invest and benefit the public as we move along. Even if it were to be said that this company had a problem in some country as leaders it can only alert us to secure our deal and to secure our national interest better, not to exclude. So, this rumour mongering, I wanted to request you that having been confirmed... It is very unfortunate that Hon. Muriu, who is a prominent senior lawyer can come before this august House with newspaper cuttings whose motive you never know, from Wa Munyoro…"
