    "content": " Hon. Speaker, this is not about Mackinnon Road. I wanted to put a question concerning Kaelo-Kamukunji-Mutuati Road. On 22nd April 2023, the President visited the area where a road had stalled since 2017. The President commissioned and gave an undertaking that the road should be completed in December 2023, but there is no contractor on site up to now. These things are making this Government unpopular. Cabinet Secretary, what are you doing to make sure that the road is completed? It is almost two years now after the President commissioned it and gave an indication that the road should be completed by the Ministry. Why do we not have a contractor on the road? When will the road be completed?"
