"content": "However, the Authority is cognisant of the need for inclusivity and access for PWDs. In this regard, the Authority is pursuing a possibility of constructing an underpass at Westlands that will cater for the needs of all users, and also ensure that PWDs are fully accommodated. The KeNHA is in the process of procuring a consultant for the feasibility studies, and detailed designs of Kisian-Busia A2 Road. Proposals are scheduled to open on 15th November 2024."
