    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I seek the indulgence of this House to explain that we were not able to answer this Question when it was called for the first time. That is because we got the Question last evening. But we now have the answer. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that army worms have invaded Mpeketoni Division, affecting ten acres of newly planted young maize crop. (b) My Ministry has already taken steps to spray the spotted army worms with Bestox 20 EC and Pyrenex 80 EC and has stepped up surveillance efforts in the area to eliminate any threat of army worms to agricultural crops in the division."
