As I conclude, let me say that this Bill concerns county governments in terms of Article 110 (1)(a) of the Constitution. I will be making further communication, through the Speaker, on the co-sponsor of this Bill in the Senate. I just want to reach out and express to Members that the country needs to take action so that we can protect our fields and rivers. That can be done by putting laws in place to ensure that we protect our environment. Hon.
