Irene Mayaka, for bringing this amendment to the Environmental Management and Coordination Act. The purpose is that it is an Act of Parliament to amend the Environmental Management and Coordination Act and for connected purposes. Principally, the gist of the matter is to provide for the banning or prohibit the planting of eucalyptus species in and along any river, lake, sea or wetland."
