    "content": "Hon. Temporary Chairman, this particular amendment seeks to remove one of the representatives from the EPRA Board. This is the representative of the county governments or a representative from the Council of Governors (CoG). As the Departmental Committee on Energy, we could not see why we need to have a representative of county governments in the EPRA Board, considering that energy is not a shared function."
