Temporary Chairman, sometimes we wonder whether some of these people live or not and feel the pain that Kenyans go through for them to propose a deletion to take it to 1 per cent. That would have increased the cost of electricity. Kenya is rated as one of the countries with the highest cost of electricity. Therefore, I totally support the Committee on that proposed amendment.
