In view of that, this is the process we are undertaking in terms of the Committee of the whole House. We were in the middle of concluding the amendments by the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Energy. I request your indulgence under Standing Order 1, that you allow us to conclude this business. Then, we can seek leave to deliberate on the Motion of Adjournment by the Member for Rangwe. This is just another 45 minutes and then we will be through."
