Temporary Chairman, in as much as I support the proposed amendment, we should create trackers that can be fixed inside the transformers, so that even if they are stolen, we do not have to punish the owner of the vehicle that was involved in the transportation. We should come up with a system of tracking the transformers. As much as I support the Chairman on that amendment because we do not want to lose transformers, let us come up with a way of tracking the equipment."
