    "content": "Part of the basics of any sport is that the referee needs to properly understand the games governing that particular sport. Therefore, we have given the IEBC ample time to prepare for this. By the way, it may not be known to many, that IEBC themselves appeared before us during the NADCO process. I have not checked the report of the committee. I will look at it before we do the amendments. Subsequently, I believe they appeared before our Justice and Legal Affairs Committee which looked into this Bill. With those very many remarks, I beg to reply and under Standing Order No. 66(3), request that the putting of the question be deferred to a later date. I thank you."
