    "content": ". I heard a Senator say that a pastor was preaching about public fundraisers when he went to church. Pastor Ng’ang’a and the rest of the preachers might blame the Senate, but I want to assure the church and religious organizations that sadaka and tithes have not been touched. It will not form part of public fundraisers. Sadaka, tithes, donation to the church and joining membership fee of free organizations shall not be touched. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, lotteries or raffles like Sport Pesa and the rest have also not been touched.
