    "content": "I would like to reiterate that I do have mixed feelings about this Bill, especially because I am somebody who supports persons with disabilities in the country, and one of very few because there are not many of us who represent PWDs in the country. I understand the deep and complex needs that are in these households and families not just for the PWDs themselves, but for their caregivers, their parents and the communities that support them."
