    "content": "Members are asking is why the Government was in a position to rescue other companies and not Mboi Kamiti. If, indeed, I understood the clarifications sought by the hon. Members. Mboi Kamiti has a long history of mismanagement. I am sure that hon. Members are aware that the Government has done its best in the past to rescue Mboi Kamiti. However, every management that comes in starts the normal practice of looting. Again, this company is different from the National Bank of Kenya. We cannot compare Mboi Kamiti with the National Bank of Kenya because the bank is owned by the Government. The National Bank of Kenya is a public property. It belongs to Kenyans."
