Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub- clause immediately after Sub-Clause (5)— “(6) The Authority shall notify the applicant of its decisions to refuse to grant a development permit.” The proposed sub-clause is provided to enhance the substantive and procedural due process that seeks to require the authority to notify an applicant of any refusal to issue a permit."
