    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 34 of the Bill be amended in Sub-Clause (3) by deleting paragraph (e). The undue flexibility that had been given to the authority earlier may be subject to abuse because paragraph (e), as drafted in the Bill, was giving the authority power to set out such further information as the authority may consider necessary. We thought this could be subject to abuse. Therefore, we are amending it as per the Order Paper."
