Clause 3(f) seeks to promote evidence as per the original Bill that promotes evidence-based coffee research. That is a bit ambiguous, but when the Committee proposes the promotion of coffee research and training for development of the coffee sector, that is very clear. The evidence-based coffee research might also call for other factors to give that evidence, which is not necessary. I, therefore, support."
