    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I appreciate the big concern that has been raised by Hon. Njeri about missing Kenyans. It is true that we have cases of missing persons in this country. I want to go on record that last week, the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs had very extensive interactions with the Inspector-General of Police and the entire internal security organ. We went step by step through all the alleged missing persons. We are quick to accuse our security officers whenever something wrong happens, but we forget to appreciate them when they do exemplary work.
