    "content": "Ministers should not feel belittled that we are requesting that we send them for induction and training. Training and induction are noble things even in professions like medicine, where I come from. Trained and highly qualified as doctors are, we still undergo continuous education because we realize that knowledge is power. To perfect the performance of a Minister should start right at the point of appointment. We should amend our Constitution to provide that before a person qualifies to be a Minister, his name must be subjected to vetting by Parliament. That way, Parliament can add its voice as to who should sit in our Cabinet on our behalf. Only then shall we have the very best in the country serving us."
