"content": " This Bill provides for the definition of words or expressions that are used in it. I do not want to go into the clauses, but it also makes it possible to harmonise taxes and it makes it possible to exercise Article 209(5) of the Constitution to ensure that we have a seamless way of taxation, both at the national and county level. I second and support this Bill. It is, therefore, high time we passed it in order to make Kenya a good investment destination, and one that many people would want to do business in, including the port users, so that they are not frustrated because of the many levies that counties are levying."
