    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I am very disappointed that we are discussing an issue of no consequence in this House. Those games were taken to Mombasa deliberately because Kenya has to showcase to the East African countries, especially the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), the kind of white sand we have at the Coast, hotels, recreation facilities and playing grounds. I sit in the Departmental Committee on Sports and Culture, and I can confirm that there is no mission - and that there has never been any inclination - to bring up that kind of thought. Such comments dishonour the Members of this House before the international community by making them imagine that we are going there to do anything else other than sports. Thank you very much."
