    "content": " Regarding the BOM teachers who are absorbed by the TSC, once teachers are absorbed, they are subject to the guidelines and regulations governing the TSC. One of those guidelines allows for their transfer to work anywhere in the country, which explains why some were moved to different locations. As for the teacher-student ratio in junior secondary schools, it is true that we are facing a shortage of teachers.
