    "content": "Wanyonyi, I did not say they are illegal. I referred to them as irregular and unusual. Those classes are irregular because there is no legal requirement mandating weekend lessons. If teachers, students and parents agree, they can hold remedial classes. However, it is not a Government policy to conduct lessons over the weekends. Such arrangements are informal and made at the discretion of those who are involved. Thank you."
