As the Cabinet Secretary goes away, this is something that the Cabinet Secretary will need to come and address the House on: If the Junior Secondary Schools (JSS) are going to be domiciled in primary schools. What that means is that we will not have form one students in secondary schools. What will happen to the physical facilities in the existing secondary schools in terms of class rooms and boarding facilities? What are you planning to do with them and the Form I teachers in secondary schools now that you are going to domicile the JSS in primary schools? Next time you appear before this House, it will be important that you satisfy Members of Parliament and the country on that, so that we do not engage in any wastage of public facilities and resources."
