    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have the Government of Tanzania, whose economy is not as strong as Kenya’s economy, and they have managed to establish a centre specifically for cancer. I do not see why we should not do this. Our own Minister for Medical Services, who, himself, is a cancer survivor, admitted that we have about 28,500 new cases of cancer diagnosed every year, and a whooping 22,000 people die annually from cancer. Sixty per cent of these people who are dying are just 25 years old. Something should be done to save our people."
