If you look at the forensic audit that was carried out, the Board is seriously implicated. The forensic audit questions whether due diligence was properly carried out. It is the Board that carried out due diligence way before the PMG whose service was terminated, was employed. Could the Assistant Minister convince this House today that it was proper to act on the advice of the Board of Directors which had been implicated by the forensic auditors?"
