    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. The Member for Mwala has raised an issue about the family travelling to the US to seek justice. From what we gathered, there is an active case filed by the family. There were conflicts on who the family is. In the Statement, you heard that the deceased had a family in the US with a Tanzanian lady and they had a son. So, the issue of who is pursuing the court case is ambiguous. He was not known as a family man other than having brothers and sisters. Therefore, it was very difficult for the Committee to tell who family between all these people is. That is the conflict the Government found itself in. The fact is there is an active case in New York filed by the family, as for which one, that is a matter for another day."
