    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I fully understand the sentiments being expressed by the hon. Member. However, if he really wants to look at the procedure in the House of Commons, he will find that an hon. Member does not just rise and ask the Prime Minister questions. There is usually a notice that is given to the Prime Minister in advance. You said that hon. Members can give notice as late as 11.00 a.m. the same day; that is today. By 11.00 a.m. no Question had been brought to me to deal with. That gives me only three hours before the House sits if the Question will require some information. Yes, the Prime Minister co-ordinates the running of the Government but there would be some Questions which would require facts and figures and will need a little time to look around to get that kind of information before we come to the House."
