    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The issue raised by the hon. Member is genuine. This Standing Order is new and I think it is good to perfect it and add value. The point that I wanted to raise is that since the Prime Minister is going to address the House and the nation on policy matters, in most cases and as the practice has been, all the policy documents that are brought to this House are laid on the Table of the House in advance. It is, therefore, in order if the Prime Minister could do the same so that hon. Members can have an opportunity to look through and seek any clarifications as they deem appropriate."
