(2) State the disciplinary actions taken by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) against those found culpable for negligence and gross misconduct that resulted in the tragic death of baby Chepngeno, outlining other steps taken to ensure that such incidences are not witnessed again in the future. (3) Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the Bomet County Emergency Response Protocols, indicating the availability and cost of the ambulance services for health emergencies. (4) Outline steps taken to address identified systemic challenges within Bomet County's health care system, assessing the training, preparedness and professionalism of health care staff, particularly during medical emergencies. (5) Lastly, evaluate the utilisation of resources allocated to the health sector in Bomet County."
