Members that the residents of Mombasa and parts of Coast Province do not regularly receive water because they rely on water delivery from four sources; namely, the Mzima Pipeline, Sabaki, Malele Pipeline and Tiwi Boreholes, which are currently inadequate. The Mzima Pipeline which supplies most of the water is currently not operating properly because it is run down in a number of sections.
