    "content": "Lastly, Mr. Speaker, Sir, regarding the proposed Mzima II Water Project, I concur that a feasibility study funded by the WB a while ago was completed. Subsequently, my Ministry is now in the process of reviewing the report so that a bankable project can be designed and financing mobilized. When this project is finally implemented, it will serve all the towns along the pipeline and the rural areas in the proximity. That is in line with the Ministry’s policy."
