    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the words “five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five” appearing immediately after the words “not more than” and substituting therefor the words “two hundred thousand shilling or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “one million” appearing immediately after the words “not less than” and substituting therefor the words “five hundred thousand”."
