    "content": " Mr. Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting the definition of the word “Bill concerning county governments”; (b) deleting the definition of the word “Bill not concerning county governments”; (c) deleting the definition of the word “Houses of Parliament” and substituting therefor the following new definition – “House” means the National Assembly or the Senate; (d) deleting the definition of the word “mediation committee”; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
