    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended- (a) by inserting the words “or their representative” immediately after the words “county attorney” in paragraph (d); (b) by deleting the word “four” and substituting therefor the word “two” in paragraph (f); (c) by deleting the word “two” and substituting therefor the word “four” in paragraph (g); (d) by renumbering the existing provision to subsection (1) and by inserting the following new subsection- (2) While making the appointments under subsection (5), the county executive committee member shall- (a) take in to consideration the one third gender rule and ensure that the youth and persons with disabilities are represented in the membership of the Board; (b) ensure that two out of the four people appointed under paragraph (g) are active motorcycle riders; and (c) consider the diversity in respect to the qualifications of the persons being appointed."
