    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 10 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “approved by the” and substituting therefor the word “Authority” (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Authority” (c) by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3)- (4) The county executive committee member may provide for the manner in which the training many be offered in the local languages in the county."
