    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move - THAT Clause 23 of the Bill be amended - (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “device approved by” and substituting therefor the words “the county executive committee member” (b) in subsection (2) by inserting the word “(1)” immediately after the words “to in sub- section” (c) in subsection (3) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “The” and substituting therefor the words “the county executive committee member.” (d) in subclause (4) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “device to the” and substituting therefor the words “the county executive committee member.”"
